Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By hanging out on our site or buying our digital goods, you’re agreeing to these rules. It’s the digital version of a handshake. If you don't agree with the terms, then unfortunately, you can’t use the site or download our stuff.
2. Digital Goods & Ownership
Everything you see here—the code, the designs, the PDFs, and the pixels—belongs to us.
-
The License: When you buy a product, we are granting you a personal license to use it.
-
The "Don't" List: You can't resell it, redistribute it, or claim you made it. Stewart spent a lot of time on the details, and Sam wants to make sure the community stays fair. Keep it for your personal use, and we’re all good.
3. Payments & Billing
We use secure processors to handle your cash. You agree to provide accurate billing info so Sam doesn't have to go chasing down typos. All prices are listed in USD (unless stated otherwise), and taxes are calculated at checkout.
4. The "No Return" Policy (Reminder)
As mentioned in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. Because you get the goods delivered to your inbox or browser immediately, we can’t take them back. If you have a technical glitch, we’ll fix it, but "buyer's remorse" isn't a valid reason for a refund in the digital world.
5. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make sure everything is perfect, but we provide our products "as is."
-
Technical Compatibility: It’s on you to make sure you have the right software to open the files.
-
The Legal Buffer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sam, Stewart, and the company won't be held liable for any indirect damages that happen from using (or not being able to use) our products.
6. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, keep your password safe. If someone else gets into your account because you left your password on a sticky note, that’s on you. If you notice any suspicious activity, tell us immediately so Stewart can lock things down.
7. Changes to the Terms
Every now and then, we might need to update these rules. If we make big changes, we’ll post a notice here. Your continued use of the site means you’re cool with the updates.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
