Digital Product Return Policy

1. The "No-Nonsense" Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via download, all sales are final. Once you’ve got the files, they can't really be "un-sent" or "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. Why We Do This

Stewart likes things organized, and Sam wants to make sure everyone gets their gear immediately. Since digital items are "consumed" the moment you download them, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. This helps us keep the lights on and continue creating new stuff for you.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We’re not robots. If you run into a genuine technical snag—like a corrupted file or a link that won't budge—don't sweat it. Reach out to us, and we’ll make sure you get the working product you paid for.

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally bought the same thing twice (it happens!), let us know within 48 hours and we’ll get that sorted.

  • Technical Issues: If the file is broken, we’ll replace it.

4. How to Get Help

If something isn't right, just shoot an email to our support team. Stewart will probably check the logs and Sam will likely be the one to say "hello," but either way, we’ll look after you.
